Your staff count on their phones
No app to install. A username and password that stop working after the shift. Several people count at once — each shop, each department — and the manager watches progress from their own screen.

You enter what moved during the month
What was bought, sold, given away, used by staff, and transferred between outlets. Breakage is reported from the shop floor and approved by a manager before it touches the figures.

The manager creates temporary logins, hands them out, and watches progress. Counters use their phones. You close the month and download the Excel file. Same evening, the bookkeeper has the figures.
